False Detection

Im using C320WS and Im facing an issue that false detection that I just open person detection, but vehicle pass by it consider as person detection. Anyone can help this?????

Hi,
About the reported detection issue, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the MAC address of the Tapo C320WS? You can send me the MAC address via private message.
2. Please update the firmware of the Tapo C320WS and the Tapo app to the latest one.
3. On the Tapo app>>tap Tapo C320WS to enter the Live View page>>Tap the Settings icon at the top right corner to enter the Camera Settings page>>Click on Detection & Alerts and send me a picture of this page>>tap AI Detection and send me a picture of this page.
4. On the Tapo app>>Home page>>Tap the message icon at the top right corner>> Send me a picture of the notification that detects the vehicle as a person, and then send me the video recorded when detecting the vehicle as a person.
Note: You can upload the videos and pictures to your cloud server(such as Google Drive) and then send me the link to download them via private message.

@Solla-topee Hi. I have same problem today. Tapo C210 sends False AI Person Detection. Is outside under the eaves.
