IP address NOT available on C420S1 cameras and D230S1 Doorbell
Hi,
For those people who are thinking, or have tried, to stream via RTSP using the IP address of either the C420S1 camera or the D230S1 Doorbell, please be aware that it seems as though this is not possible (according to Tapo Support). This camera and doorbell connect to the H200 Hub using a 'Sub g' connection and do not have an IP address assigned to them by the local router from the DHCP. The H200 Hub connects to the router and has an IP address assigned to it but this cannot be used to connect to an RTSP stream.
