Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. What's the LED status on the Tapo C200?
2. On the Tapo app>>Camera Settings page of the Tapo C200>>Detection & Alerts page, are Motion Detection, Person Detection, and Baby Crying Detection enabled?
3. Have you inserted a microSD card into the camera to store video recordings, or have you subscribed to the Tapo Care service?
On the Detection & Alerts page, if the microSD Card Recording is enabled, please send me a picture of the Recording Schedule page.
4. Where did you see the video recordings?
