Hello. I've now a black screen when i display t live from my three cameras (same wifi network) from the tapo Android app. Sound is ok and screenshots capture work fine i have a correct image. All other sensors works. Is there something wrong with latest app version ? Could you help me ?

Hi,
Thank you for the case report.
On the Tapo app, please click on the Tapo Cam and go to the Camera Settings>Advanced Settings>Display Settings page, select the Compatible Mode, and then check if the problem is solved.

 

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. Please send me a picture of the black screen.
2. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? What's the Tapo app version?
3. If you watch the camera on a different phone, do you have the same issue?

Android 10. Blackview A60.

Compatible mode tested but same black screen.

Have the same issue with my Android tablet.

Notice when i press on the black screen zone 5 seconds i Can see a correct picture with the current caméra view ! tapo 2.17.206 caméra firmware 1.3.6 model c100.
