Is the Tapo network a mesh network?

Hi,

For a home with a large garden around I'm looking for a combination of camera's, door sensors, smart switches, lights,etc. So everything Tapo offers.

However, I don't want to use several hubs.

Is the tapo network using mesh? Are there router nodes in the always-on devices like the smart plugs and lights for example?

Thanks for your help!

  @Reinout

Tapo smart devices can be connected to a router directly or connected to a Tapo hub (SubG device only) to build a smart home system. The existing smart device itself does not function as a hub. In order to ensure the connection quality of client devices, Tapo hub does not support connecting with each other in series to expand the coverage.

If you want to expand the coverage of the smart home system by connecting smart home devices in series, install devices in the area where router signals cannot reach, this is not supported.
