Tapo D230S1 setup issue
I'm unable to connect my new D230 doorbell to the supplied hub (H200). I have tried two different networks, ethernet and wi-fi connections, android and iOS apps. The apps see both the hub and doorbell camera correctly but will not 'pair' the two together, telling me to check the status lights, move them closer together, and consider resetting them, all of which I have tried a number of times. The H200 seems to setup correctly as a device and I can interact with it but I cannot connect the doorbell to it. Please help.

Before installing the Tapo D230, please help check if the H200 is connected to the internet.
1. What's the LED status on the H200 when it connects to the router via Wi-Fi or ethernet cable?
2. Do you have internet when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi or via a cable?
3. Is your network diagram the Internet--wireless router--H200?
4. Can you control the H200 when turning off the Wi-Fi on your phone and using the mobile data?

Hi,
1. If you have two hubs, please turn off the one you don't need to connect to the camera and move the other one close to the camera.
2. Reset the camera Tapo D230, and wait for a while until it has a flashing red and green light
3. Reconfigure the camera and check if it will work fine.

1. A picture of the error message appears on the Tapo app when configuring the camera.
2. The LED status on the Tapo H200 and the camera when you see the error message.
3. Did the camera work before?
