After the update, the pause button works very poorly or sometimes not at all when playing images.

Can you share a video about the pause button issue with us? You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive) to generate a link and send me the link via private message to download the video.

What's the model number and OS version of your phone, and what's the Tapo app version installed on your phone?
