Hi All,

Got some C310 camera's just added a new one and it's v1 not v2 so I can't get them all on the same firmware 1.3.7. The v1 is on 1.3.2. Will the later firmware be released for the v1 camera?

 

Also, on the v1 camera i don't have an option for activity type notifications?

Hi,
The Tapo cameras with different hardware have different firmware, they do not use the same firmware.
At present, the latest firmware version for the Tapo C310 V2 is 1.3.7, and the latest firmware version for the Tapo C310 V1 is 1.3.2.

 

Since different hardware versions of the Tapo camera have different firmware, their features may also have some differences.
