If my camera gets stolen, can I access my cloud video without going through the camera?
Hi,
You can access the cloud video clips even if without the camera since the video clips are stored under your TP-Link ID.
If the camera is offline on the Tapo app, you can tap it and tap View Cloud Videos to see the video clips. Or you can go to the Cameras tab>Activity Center to see the cloud video clips.
Note: the cloud video clips will be deleted automatically after being stored for up to 7/30 days(based on the subscribed Tapo Care service.)
