1. Is the problem that when someone walks in front of the camera, the camera can't detect the person or can't see the person clearly?
On the Tapo app, please go to the camera's Device Settings>Video & Display>Video Quality, select 2K, and check if the image on the Live View page will be clearer.
Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection page, ensure the Person Detection is enabled, and check if the camera can detect the person in night mode.
2. It would be highly appreciated if you could share a video about the issue with us. You can upload the video recording to your own cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link, and send me the link via private message to download the video recording.
