Please help confirm the following information about the reported issue.
1. Is the Sytsem LED flashing red on the camera? Is it flashing red quickly or slowly? You can refer to the UG to check the meaning of the LED status.
2. Is there a power outage or firmware update and then the camera does not work?
3. Please press and hold on the reset button for 10 seconds, and any changes to the System LED status? If yes, please describe the changes in detail.

Hi,
You can turn it off, wait for 10 minutes, turn it back on, wait for two minutes, and press the reset button for 10 seconds to reset it again.
If the problem remains, you can contact the local support or retailer to check if the camera is under warranty.
