  @Solla-topee Hi,

Thanks for your questions.

1. Do you mean you can add the Tapo C200 to Agent DVR via Onvif connection successfully, but when watching its live feed, you have the mentioned error? Could you please send us a picture of the error showing on the Agent DVR? THIS IS CORRECT.

2. What's the hardware and firmware version of your Tapo C200? Hardware is C200 version:1; Firmware is:1.3.16

3. Please test if you can watch the Tapo C200 with another app/program via Onvif connection, such as iSpy. Isn't iSpy the same as Agent DVR? I cannot get the faulting devices to stream in VLC. I can get otehr devices to stream using VLC.

  @Solla-topee Hi!

Please tell me what the authorization error is related to? The login and password are correct, all settings are made in accordance with the post https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/2680/

Hardware is C200 version:1; Firmware is:1.3.16

  @Mr_eas

Hi,
Could you please describe your network diagram? Is the device installed ODM/Agent DVR connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera? Can you ping the camera's IP address successfully on the device?
Best Regards

  @Solla-topee

Thank you for your inquiry. Below are the details regarding my network setup and connectivity tests:

Camera (Tapo C200): Connected via Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) with IP 192.168.1.9.
Computer (ODM/Agent DVR Host): Connected via Ethernet (LAN) to the same router.
No VLANs/Subnets: All devices are on the same local network (192.168.1.0/24).
Ping from Computer to Camera: Successful (0% packet loss, avg. latency: 5 ms).

Despite successful ping, ONVIF/RTSP connections fail (error: 400 Bad Request).

  @Mr_eas

Hi,
1. Please note that if the camera has subscribed to the Tapo Care service and inserted a microSD card, the Onvif connection can't be established.
2. Please confirm if the camera account you configured includes special characters or not. If so, remove them for a try.
3. You can test if it's able to establish the Onvif connection successfully with the iSpy program: How to view Tapo camera on PC/NAS/NVR through RTSP/Onvif Protocol
Best Regards
