Versy dissapointed.  Plumbing vandelized and garden utensils stolen right under two cameras.  Motion det 10. Person det 10. Pet detection 6.  Tested my self and made a video.  Apparently I cant seem to load the video.  Stooped slightly and walked slowly waving arms.  Nothing.  Very frustrating.  Yet if my chicken walks past its all bells and whistles.  What the hell.  In this day and age for a product to not be able to pic up a person moving is mindbogoling.

  @CapeTownman

Hi,
The problem may be related to the camera settings and the direction of the person's movement.

1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings >Detection page, is the Wake-up Sensitivity set to 10?

2. Can I have a video showing a person waking in front of the camera, but can't be recorded? Please refer to the link below to see how the battery camera be woken up.
What is the Wake-up Sensitivity of my battery camera/doorbell?
Due to the mechanism of the PIR sensors, the camera may not detect objects moving directly toward the camera to some extent.

Best Regards
