Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.3.9

I have an older Ipad still running ios 9 and hence i cant update my tapo app but still my camera firmware got updated to 1.3.9. With this, camera always shows up as offline. Tp-link should hv mentioned that its a non backward compatible firmware update and I might hv not gone with that. How csn i now rollback to the previous firmware version (was it 1.3.8)?

Model: C200

Hi,
It's unable to roll back the firmware of the camera to the old one, and generally, we recommend keeping the Tapo app up-to-date to ensure the user experience and enjoy the new features.

In this case, please help confirm if the Tapo C200 is actually offline or not after the firmware update.
Can I know the LED status on the Tapo C200? Please try to install the latest Tapo app on your phone and check if the camera shows online on the new Tapo app.
If the camera is working fine, it's recommended to manage it via the new Tapo app on your phone.

Best Regards
