Hola!

Hi,
Can you share a picture of the Tapo C325WB's Live View page in night mode? Usually, you can try to install the camera in a different location to avoid the overexposure problem.

Best Regards.

  @Euse

Hi,
When the camera works in Day mode, the light directed or reflected from the streetlight into the lens is relatively strong, making some areas very bright and unclear. It is recommended to avoid direct light or strong reflections when installing the camera.
Thank you for your attempt to change the location of the camera, and please let me know if you need further help.
Best Regards

Hi,
The Day/Night mode has nothing to do with the Home/Away mode. You can set the Day mode, Night mode, or Auto mode on the camera's Live View page.

When the camera works in the Night mode, you can go to the camera's Device Settings>Video & Display>Night Mode Settings to select the Infrared Mode, Full Color Mode, or Smart Mode. When selecting the Full Color Mode, the spotlight will turn on.
From your camera's Live View page, I think it uses the Day mode since the light source in the surrounding environment is bright enough.

Best Regards
