Hello!
I bought a C210 camera. I set it up everything was working fine.
It proposed to update to version 1.3.11. I started the update about 3 hours ago and it's sucked on "Firmware update in progress"
What can I do ?

How about the system LED status on the camera? Please try to reset the camera and check if the LED will change.
How to reset my Tapo camera?
If the LED turns to flashing green and red after reset, you can try to reconfigure the camera.
If the LED has no change when reset, please refer to Case 2 in the link below to troubleshoot.
What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked or doesn't respond to a factory reset?
