Camera detects motion from one side, turns to that side and doesn’t track person in front of camera
C220 detects motion/person, for example, coming in from the right side of the room. Camera turns to where the motion/person is detected (right side of room) and sits there. The person then walks past the camera to the left side of the room, but the camera stays sitting facing the right side of the room, not tracking the person as they walk in front of the camera and missing (not recording) any activity taking place on the left side of the room.
Is anyone else experiencing similar to this and know how to fix it?

1) Yes, Detection is enabled for motion and people. Auto tracking is set to "Track All Activities". Detection Zones is set to "Set for All".
2) 
3). Yes, the C220 is able to move left and right into area walked.
I do have a video file on Tapo cloud that demonstrates the issue if that helps?

Please see attached video, where the C220 detects motion and pans right, but as the person walks past the camera, the C220 does not track. I do notice that the video on Tapo cloud indicates this was triggered by motion rather than people recognition. Does this effect the tracking?
