When I go into the camera live stream, I get the first frame and then it freeze with that time stamp. Bitrate continues updating, if I go in and out it updates the frame, but no continuous stream.

On my iPad I get the stream just fine, which is even weirder.

Tried removing the app and reinstall, didn't help.

What can I do now?

@Solla-topee I had the latest app version all along.

I actually updated iOS to the latest patch a couple of days ago and it solved the issue.

Hi,
Please check if your iPhone has installed the latest Tapo app v3.1.602, if not, try to install the latest Tapo app from the App Store.

Can you share a video showing the problem on your iPhone with us?
