1. Please send me the MAC address of the Tapo C220 via a private message.
2. What's the LED status on the camera?
3. What's the model number of your wireless router?
Please ensure your router has internet access, and does not have special settings enabled, such as firewall, antivirus, MAC filtering, access control, etc. If it has, you can disable these features for a try.

If you can control the Tapo C220 in the local network but can't in the remote network, please check if your router has blocked the camera from the internet, for example, disable the firewall, MAC Filtering, or Access Control features on the router for a try.

Hi,
You may try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, reconfigure it with another phone to connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if the camera can be controlled remotely.

If this camera and your other cameras are connected to the same router's Wi-Fi network but can't be configured successfully, it's recommended to contact your retailer or local support to check if the camera is under warranty.
