Automation with energy consumption

Hello, if the socket allows you to measure electricity consumption, does it also allow, if I create automation in the Tapo app with it, to use e.g. instantaneous consumption or voltage, power as a trigger? I.e. eg "Add starter-> Start device -> P110 -> when socket current < 100mA -> start another socket"? Thanks.

Can be achieved using charge Guard, but make it editable or usable above 20W, 20W is too low if I want to use it for dry run detection (<400 W) https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/864068?moduleId=777

@CSK007 *could is the world i think you mean ?
also it would be useful if you could alternatively set just a run time limit without power setting
