Audio Notification
Hi. Help please ...... can we get an audible notification on phone (Apple SE) when movement is detected bu Tapo C200 Camera? Can see notifications in the App but means have to go looking rather than being alerted at the time via a audible sound. Have verified the App and Phone notifications are all set correctly. Cheers

Hi,
If you can see the motion-detected notifications on the Tapo app, which means the Notifications and Detection features configured on the Tapo app for your camera are no problem.
Please refer to the link below to check your iPhone settings if you do not receive a notification on your iPhone.
Why can’t I receive notifications after turning on Notifications?
If you want to hear sound when the phone receives notifications, please ensure the Sounds option is also enabled on the iPhone Settings>Notifications>Tapo app page.
