TC65 Camera Microphone not Working
I have just set up this camera from new and it seems to be working well except for the microphone. I can talk through the camera speaker using my smart phone but cannot hear any replies from the microphone. If I hear anything at all it seems to be sounds coming from an unknown location, not from my camera.

Please help confirm the following information about the reported case.
1. Can you hear anything on the camera's Live View page when someone talks in front of the camera? For example, you can play real-time news in front of the camera.
2. On the camera's Live View page, please ensure the microphone value is set to the highest one.
3. Whether the video recordings record sound? On the camera's Device Settings>Storage & Recordings page, please ensure the Record Sound is enabled.
4. Can you share a video showing the sound you hear?
