Hi,
I have a Tapo system in my holiday home with a central hub H200, a camera C500 and 4 smart sensors, T310. I use the Tapo app and suddenly everything went offline. I have other devices in the holiday home so I know internet is working and the power is on.
Any ideas ?

Please help confirm the following information for the reported case.
1. What's the model number of the router in your holiday home? Whether other non-Tapo devices in the holiday home are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the Tapo devices? (For example, some devices may connect to a 2.4G network, and some may connect to a 5G network.)
2. Are the Tapo C500 and H200 connected to the router directly, or an AP/RE between them?
3. How about the LED status on the Tapo C500 and H200? Are you able to control them in the local network?
