Rich notificacions with snapshots (camera): Free for everyone
I reckon this option of the cameras, currently only available in Tapo Care, should become free for all users, as it looks after the safety of all users and the quick action we can take, depending on if the cameras have spotted someone trying to enter our home. Sometimes every second matters.

Ok to pay for a cloud solution recording (and that's normal because it cost) but not ok to pay for just having a snapshot in the notification.
This should be mandatory for a device that is intended to be used for security.

Most competitors have this feature. and it is quite capable of working without affecting the resources of the paid cloud. its absence is a serious shortcoming.
