Tapo C425 notification "Switched off. Charge battery"
I bought the Tapo C425 camera the day before yesterday and charged it for a whole night. Although the battery is now at 99% I keep getting "Switched off. Charge the battery." (in Dutch "Uitgeschakeld. Laad de batterij op.") notifications on my phone about every 5 minutes. What is wrong?

Hi,
If you keep receiving the "Switched off. Charge the battery." notification when the Tapo C425 has sufficient battery power, please check if the camera's firmware is up to date, and you can try to update the firmware to the latest one to check if the case will be solved.
1) If you have the "Switched off. Charge the battery." notifications after updating to the latest firmware, please go to the Tapo app>Home tab>Bell icon at the top right corner>click on your Tapo C425 and send me a picture of the notifications.
2) Send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the Tapo C425 via a private message.
