I have several smart plugs and different versions/types. All updated to the latest firmware version. I want to have functionality in the app for disabling the on/off feature, because  a few plugs I just use for energy monitoring. Maybe also disable in the firmware because I want to disable the hardware switch, but the first step can be a software change, because when I excidentially via google home assistant verbally ask to turn off everything (someone made that joke in house) everything got shut down, even my home assistant server which can cause malfunction of devices. Like the tumble dryer stops half way or something I don't want by accident.
