C420 not recording to cloud
I have just installed one of my 2 c420 cameras and I have noticed that it is recording to the memory card in the hub but not recording to the cloud. I have an active tapo care subscription and I have selected the camera in the subscription but no recordings are saved onto the cloud.

1. The MAC address of the Tapo camera & TP-Link ID. You can send them to me(Solla-topee) via a private message.
2. The troubleshooting results of the above steps.
3. The time and date without cloud video clips.
