Model: Tapo C100
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

Hi, I just bought from Amazon two C100 cameras. The packaging is different but the product looks the same. I checked the hardware version and one is 4.00 and the other is 4.30. What is the difference?

Hi
Small Updates to the hardware version such as Tapo C100 4.0 vs 4.30 are generally the same, with the difference in hardware version may being something as simple as an indicator of what facility the device was manufactured in or where the device is being sold. Usually, the firmware for 4.0 and 4.30 can be used interchangeably.
Best Regards
