Tapo c320WS triggers person detection when it is a bird
Hi there!
I have a camera on my rooftop that only has person detection notificacions (and it triggers the alarm) on the roof/neighbour roof or the wall . But it is the 3rd time it triggers when there's a bird in there... Is there any solution? I downgraded sensitivity from 8 to 7, (I had downloaded from 10 to 8 some weeks ago) to avoid it...
Is there anything I could do? And could Tapo improve the sensors and detection?

Please help confirm the following information about the reported case.
1. Have you enabled other detection types except for person detection? If yes, what's the sensitivity?
2. Can you share a video showing there is a bird only, but you received a person-detected notification?
3. Have you stored the video clips on an inserted SD card?

It happened again to me:
1. No, i have only person detection. Detection level is 7.
