Is it normal that when I didn't schedule for the camera to record, that it'll move on its own? However, I know I didn't even click or browse the "Motion Detection" feature.

Hi,
Do you mean the camera pan or tilt itself even if you have not operated on the Tapo app? If so, go to the camera's Device Settings>Pan & Tilt page to check if you have enabled the Patrol Mode.
