The camera from time to time shows the Flicker effect (image flickering) and dark horizontal stripes and I cannot remove it. The effect disappears when the light is turned off. What can be done? Refreshing in auto mode (no change helps)

Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. Go to the camera's Device Settings>Advanced Settings>Powerline Frequency page, select the frequency that matches your region or select Auto, then check if the image will be fine in daylight.
2. The test results of the above tips.
3. The model number and OS version of your phone.
4. A picture of the camera's page on the Tapo app.
