I have set the camera's microphone to Recommended, and Record Sound is set On.
Nevertheless I don't hear any sound.
What could be the problem?

When can't you hear any sound from the camera? For example, when you watch the camera's live feed or watch video recordings?
Please send me a picture showing the volume you set for the camera's microphone and speaker, and check if your phone's volume is set properly or not.
Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker openings on the camera, and ensure the camera is positioned to allow clear and unobstructed sound reception.
