Firmware Version: 1.3.11

I am unable to tilt the camera up or down and receive the message, "Camera pan tilt has reached the maximum extent in this direction. Please drag to another direction." I have rebooted the camera, but I am still experiencing the same issue. I have only had the camera for a week now.

Hi,
If you can't Pan or Tilt the Tapo camera with the Tapo app, you may try the following tips:
    1) Reboot the camera and check if the camera will pan and tilt automatically.
    2) Go to the camera's Device Settings>Pan & Tilt page, tap the Pan & Tilt Correction button to reset your camera to the default position, and check if the camera will tilt then.
    3) Touch the camera with your hand, tilt the camera manually, and check if the camera will tilt. If not, check if there is something on the camera that prevents the camera from tilting.
Best Regards
