Tapo 520ws Camera detecting animals as person.
I have the camera installed in my backyard and it keeps detecting stray cats as "person". Since I have it setup to trigger an alarm with the Tapo Hub at night, this is really causing a problem.
I triend sensitivity setting and it did not help. I request a resolution to this issue please. The AI detection is why I bought the camera in the first place

This problem may be related to multiple factors, such as the detection settings, the camera position, and the events, etc. Please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Send us a picture of the camera's Device Settings>Detection page, and confirm the sensitivity you configured on the Person Detection page.
Provide us a picture of the camera's Live View>Playback & Download>Playback page, showing the camera detects cats as a person.
2. Can you share a video showing the reported issue?
3. Please take a picture of the position you installed the camera and send it to me.

I've attached the following:
1. Detection Sensitivity = 5 (screenshot)
2. Playback Page Screenshot of the highlighted video with Person being detected (shown by green person icon) but the cat is clearly in view. This happens every night when this cat enters our compound
3. Video of the event also attached in ZIP format. The camera is configured to sound an alarm if a person is detected in the compound. It is clearly doing it for the cat instead.
4. The camera position is as per photo below: (the sneaky cat is also in the picture)
Please help me resolve this issue as we are having issues with breakins and I really need to identify humans and not cats.

@Manu35150 j'ai reçu une réponse de l'équipe technique par e-mail. J'ai mis à jour ma caméra conformément à leur mise à jour suggérée. Cela semble avoir résolu le problème. Cela ne fait qu'un jour, donc cela prendra un certain temps avant que je puisse confirmer avec certitude.
