camera stopped connection. other camera on app ok, tried many resets, uninstalling app. cannot find camera wifi even with wifi analyzer. app working on 2 android phones

Hi,
You can try the following steps and check if they help.
    1. Hold the reset button on the camera for 10-15 seconds to factory reset it, then wait for 2 minutes, and check the LED status on the camera. 
    2. If the LED is flashing green and red, please go to your phone's Settings>Wi-Fi page to check if you can see the default SSID. If not, try a different phone.
    3. If you can see the default SSID of the camera, try to reconfigure it.

 

If the above steps do not work, you can contact your retailer or local support to check if the camera is under warranty.
