I have 2 cameras set up with motion detection, both shared with my partner.

She is able to view live, pan/tilt and receives notifications etc but is unable to see cloud saved recordings.

They are available to me so I know they are there.

We have an active subscription and no sd cards are in use.

How can I set it up for her to view the cloud recordings?

Hi,
The shared account has limited permissions to the camera, currently, with the shared account, you will have access to the Live View, Talk, Voice Call, Pan/Tilt Control, and the SD card video Features of the camera, but will be unable to change the other settings of the camera.
