C220 Pairing Failed

Bought a C220 indoor camera. The Pairing fails, it's connecting to the WiFi without issues, strong signal, but failed when being paired to my account.
Already have smart plugs operating on my account and the troubleshooting sections have zero information on ideas to try other than reset the camera and repeat the process (repeated it 4 times, consistently fails at the same spot).
Any ideas?
