If your camera stopped recording at night between 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM every day, it may be related to your network connection or camera settings, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the MAC address of your camera? You can send it to me(@Solla-topee) via a private message.
2. Have you stored the camera video clips on our cloud server or an inserted SD card?
- If you store the camera video clips on our cloud server, please ensure your camera and router have an internet connection after 11:30 PM.
- If you store the camera video clips on an inserted SD card, please go to the camera's Device Settings>Storage & Recording page and send me a picture of it, then go to the Recording Schedule page and send me a picture of it.
