I have recently purchased the tapoc500 camera initially it was working good but since last few days The camera goes offline and in the tapo app it shows offline and can't be accessed. It says the device is unreachable 

I have not done it any changes in my wifi connection it is as it was during the time of initial setup 

If I switch it off then turn it on it works fine for approximately 30 -45 minutes then goes offline again.

I have reinstalled the app many times but it has no effect 

What is solution to the problem

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if your camera goes offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart devices keeps losing connection or going Offline?
 

Please confirm the following information for further analysis if the problem remains.
1. The test results of the above steps.
2. The LED status on the camera when it shows offline on the Tapo app.
3. Are you control the camera locally or remotely when it shows offline on the Tapo app?

I have followed all the steps mentioned but issue remains unresolved camera is offline continously i have sent and email to technical support and RMA department but there is no response from them.Even the customer care does not respond
