CameraRecording Error
What's the fix for this? I'm trying to record a live feed but it shows an error: "error, please try again". I have already tried resetting the camera and reinstalling the app but the error is still there.

Below are some suggestions on the reported issue.
1. Go to your phone's Settings>Permissions page to confirm if the "Access files and media" permission is enabled for the Tapo app.
2. Tap the camera icon on the Live View page and check if you can take a picture of the camera's Live View page successfully.
3. Test on a different phone if you have one.
