webcam Tapo c220 going offline
I have 2 tapo (C220 and c520ws) connected on the same wifi network (2,4 GHz)
C220 keeps going offline (fix red led NOT BLINKING) and I need to reset the router or change some settings.
The router is in the same room (3 meters from C220) with no walls.
Tapo c520ws is on the garden (10/12 meters from router with walls) but it never disconnects.
Can you help me ?

Hi,
Please double-check the LED status on the Tapo C220, is the LED solid amber when the problem happens? Solid red LED means the camera is staring up.
If reboot your router will recover the connection, you can try the following suggestions.
1. Ensure the 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi use different names on the router.
2. You can change the DNS server on the router and check if it helps.
3. When the Tapo C220 is working, please go to its Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the detailed RSSI value.
4. What's the model number of your router? If the router has special settings, such as access control, firewall, and MAC Filtering rules, for the Tapo C220, disable/remove them for a try.
Best Regards

Seems that the disconnections from the 2,4G network were caused by noise from other routers with the same transmission channel. I've changed on the router the main network channel and now seems ok. Thank you!
