Model: Tapo C211
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

The current v3.4.512 Tapo app on Google Play still causes the live feed to freeze and gives the message TAP TO REFRESH multiple times. This is very annoying because this did not happen with the earlier versions of the app. Please let your program developers fix this bug before all of us users get tired of this and shift to another brand.

Hi,
Thank you for the case report, and in this case, please help confirm the following information.

    1. On the camera's Device Settings>Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon and check the detailed RSSI value.

    2. Connect your phone to the home Wi-Fi network and see if the camera live view page loads properly.

    3. Try a different network on your phone, such as using mobile data or connecting to a different Wi-Fi network. Ensure the internet quality and signal strength are good on your phone.

    4. Try turning off any active VPN connection or disabling network filtering and security software based on VPN mechanisms on your phone.

    5. Try a different mobile device to stream the camera if you own one.

Best Regards
