Please help confirm the following information for the reported case.
1. What's the LED status on the camera when you see the "pairing failed" error message?
2. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi?
Please check if your router has special settings configured, such as MAC Filtering, ACL, Firewall rules, etc. If so, remove them for a try.
3. Change the 2.4G Wi-Fi name on your router if the 2.4G and 5G use the same name.
4. Try to press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reconfigure the camera with a different phone, and connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, then check if you can set it up successfully.
