Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

Have recently got the C220 & C110 cameras for my house and for quick access I'm trying to link to the widget.

 

When I add the widget to home screen it says I have no devices added please add one. 

 

I have all 4 cameras connected and running. 

 

Phone is an S24 Ultra running android 14 with most recent software update installed and app fully updated.

 

Has anyone else had this issue and if so what was your work around to get it working or must I pay for Tapo care to get this to work

Hi,
If you want to add a widget on your phone's screen to quickly watch the camera's Live View, the Tapo C220 and Tapo C110 support this feature, and the below instructions may help you.
How to use Widgets to control your Tapo Devices and Tapo Shortcuts?
 

If you fail to add the widget, can you share a video showing the reported case for further analysis?

Btw, please ensure you can control your cameras remotely.

  @Solla-topee This is what I get when I open the widget. I have full remote control of the camera's was 80km away from home today and able to watch them and rotate the C220 camera.

Hi,
I can't see if the problem is related to the Tapo from the picture you sent, can you share a video or pictures showing the whole process you try to add a widget for the camera for further analysis?
