Switched Internet providers and still unable to get my cameras connected and back online. Any advice? I've tried reinstalling but nothing

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to configure the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

If the problem remains, please help confirm:
1. The LED status on the camera when configuring it.
2. Which step are you stuck on? What error message appears on the Tapo app?
3. What's the model number of your Wi-Fi router? Do you have internet when connecting to the router's 2.4G Wi-Fi?
