C500 audio issue
Hi
I have this issue, after i upgraded the latest version of firmware, the camera mic is not that loud thats why i need to put in max volume, and sounds like static.

We are trying to improve the sound quality of the camera and have a new firmware for a try, you can send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of your Tapo C500 if you want to try the new firmware.
We do not have the information on when the new official firmware will be released to solve the issue, but I'll keep logging the feedback and forward it to the relevant team for evaluation.

It's recommended to send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message rather than post on the thread directly. You can remove the MAC address from this thread now, and send me the "Forum ID 674464+MAC address of the camera" via a private message if you want to try the new firmware.

Hi, just bought the C500 today installed and set up. Updated firmware as requested and the mic volume is very low despite the mic volume set at recommended level or full and the phone is also set at full.
Will you be sending a firmware update to resolve the issue as the previous person.
