Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.9

The display is getting distorted after running for some time. Restarting camera resolves the issue. But the issue happens again after sometime. Attached the screen for the same

Hi,
1) You can go to the Tapo App, and turn on the Compatible Mode under the camera's Device Settings > Advanced Settings >Display Settings page, then check if it helps.

2) Please ensure your Tapo app and the camera are up to date.

Tried it. But it didn't fix the issue. Also the firmware of the device is up to date
