Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to set up the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

If you need further assistance, please confirm:
1. The LED status on the camera when configuring it.
2. Can you see the router's Wi-Fi name when configuring the camera? If you fail to connect to the router's Wi-Fi name, what error message appears on the Tapo app?
3. What troubleshooting you have done and the test results?

You can try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, reconfigure it to connect to the hotspot Wi-Fi on a different phone, and check if you can set it up and if it works fine.

Best Regards
