Hi, how i can downgrade to the firmware TC40(EU)_V1_1.1.3 Build 231213 ? With latest firmware the camera keep going offline every time and i have to reboot every time the camera.

Hi,
It's unable to downgrade the firmware of the camera, but we will help troubleshoot and solve the issue with the new firmware. For the unstable issue, please confirm:
1. How often does the offline issue happen? What LED status on the camera when it shows offline on the Tapo app?
2. When it's working, please go to the camera's Device Settings>Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and send me the RSSI value.
3. Can you control the camera locally when the problem occurs?

when the camera works the signal is -37(RSSI) and when dont works the led is red and not flash and no i cannot control the camera locally i have to reboot or reconfigure the camera.

@Solla-topee hi now at 04.17 AM europe/amsterdam time, the camera is off...the problem is the same
Edit. Now the camera is everytime off, reboot dont work...Very bad...
edit2: with reset the camera dont work...is everytime off...
edit3: now after 5 reset the camera works for 4-5 minute and then is off with the same problem
