Tapo Care subscription cs
Hello
What is the difference if do not have a Tapo Care subscription and only use a memory card for the Storage, what will I miss.

After you subscribe to the Tapo Care service, you can use the Rich Notification feature, which is not available when using a microSD card. And it's unable to delete specific detection video clips when using the SD card to store video recordings, however, you can format the SD card on the Tapo app if needed.

@Solla-topee so what you are telling is that using only a memory card will require that I have to format every time, when all storage is used.
it is not possible to just to delete old recordings.

Hi,
The camera has a Loop Recording feature when using the microSD card, and when it's enabled, the new recordings will overwrite the old recordings when the storage is full. I mean that it's unable to delete specific video recordings from the SD card now.
